By accessing or using RankCrawler at rankcrawler.com and app.rankcrawler.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
02Description of Service
RankCrawler is an SEO + AI Visibility Platform that provides:
- Website crawling and technical SEO issue detection
- Google Search Console integration for keyword and ranking data
- Google Indexing API integration for URL submission
- Core Web Vitals analysis via PageSpeed Insights
- Google Analytics integration for traffic data
- AI search visibility tracking and automated crawl scheduling
03Subscription Plans & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated.
04Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Websites beyond the free plan limit will be locked (not deleted)
For billing disputes or refund requests, contact support@rankcrawler.com within 7 days of the charge.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Crawl websites you do not own or have permission to crawl
- Use the service to cause harm or disruption to other websites
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit URLs to the Google Indexing API for websites you don't own
06Google API Usage
When you connect your Google account to RankCrawler, you grant us permission to access your Google Search Console, Analytics, and Indexing API. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit URLs. Google's own Terms of Service and API policies also apply to your usage.
07Data & Privacy
Your use of RankCrawler is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You own your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
08Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unexpected downtime due to third-party service issues. We are not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankCrawler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10Intellectual Property
RankCrawler and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankCrawler and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the service.
11Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
12Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
